Cristina y Javier se rodean de mucho amor y risas, grandes amistades y una familia increíble... por lo cual es evidente por qué siguen estando tan locamente enamorados después de más de ocho años de noviazgo. Nunca había conocido a una pareja más relajada y adorable como ellos.

El día de su boda fue algo inolvidable para nuestro equipo. No parecía trabajo si no pura fiesta y diversión. El hecho de que hemos podido lograr estas imágenes bellísimas y nuestro primer video de boda y trailer oficial con ellos como protagonistas fue sólo la cereza sobre el pastel.

Titi y Javo, estoy muy agradecida de tener amigos / clientes como ustedes. Me hubiera gustado haberlos conocido antes para poder tener más maratones de TED Talks y momentos divertidos juntos. Que sigan los éxitos en todo lo que realicen. Sé que nos volveremos a encontrar algún día pronto. El plan de Vegas por Año Nuevo sigue en pie... digo no más!

Cristina and Javier surround themselves with so much love and laughter, great friendships and amazing family, it's evident why they continue to be so head over heels for each other after eight years of courtship.  I've never met a more laid-back and endearing couple such as them.

We had such a blast on their wedding day, it's hardly fair to call it work. The fact that we captured awesome images and our first official wedding video & trailer with them as the protagonists was just the icing on the cake.

Titi & Javo, I am so grateful to have friends/clients like you. I'm just bummed that I didn't meet you both sooner so we could have more TED Talk fests and silly times together. I wish you nothing but continued success in all your endeavors and in your relationship. I know we'll be seeing each other again someday soon. Las Vegas for New Years is still on the table - just sayin!

Cristina got ready at the home of a popular Italian hair stylist named Salvatore in Barranco. It was the perfect ambiance for her retro-look.

ES: Cristina se preparó en la casa del famoso Salvatore en Barranco. El perfecto ambiente para su look retro.

Her parents are adorbs.

ES: Sus papis son adorables.

Meanwhile, my second shooter, Janice, was taking awesome shots like these of Javier as he prepared for his beloved.
ES: Mientras tanto, mi segunda fotógrafa, Janice estaba haciendo tomas bravazas como estas mientras Javier se alistaba para su amada. 

Couples always get so anxious they can hardly eat. I'm glad that wasn't the case for Javier!
ES: Las parejas se ponen tan ansiosos en el día de su boda que normalmente se olvidan o no pueden comer. Eso no fue el caso para Javier, felizmente. ¡Que buen apetito!

Back in Barranco, we moved the shoot outdoors and had some laughs over banana spills and such.

ES: En Barranco, estuvimos matándonos de risa afuera en el parque mientras seguíamos con la sesión.

And then came time for the Big Show...

Back in Barranco for their Newlyweds Session on the famous avenue, Saenz Peña - home of numerous art galleries and institutions with some beautiful views of the ocean.

When we saw this limo roll up filled with squealing 'tweens, we just had to take the photo opp.
ES: Tuvimos que tomarnos unas fotitos con las adolescentes emocionadas de este limosina quinceañera.

Their reception was held at the Fundo Odria in Monterrico. The decor was Andean-themed, simple and charming.

Their first dance was a salsa, and super sexy! The song: Marc Anthony's Que Precio Tiene el Cielo.

The party ensued quickly, and the good times just kept rolling til well after 4 AM...
